After almost 40 years of working in the Federal Government and corporate world, Shelia realized her dream of entrepreneurship - using her gifts to help others use and pursue theirs. Her paternal grandmother recognized, and encouraged, seven year-old Shelia's speaking and teaching gifts. Consequently, no matter her professional role, Shelia continuously shared and sharpened her gifts to help those around her.
